Affordable Cremation did an excellent job during our difficult time of losing our loved one. All personnel was kind and thoughtful, we are very happy with their services, our loved one and the family was treated with respect when we picked up his ashes and gave us time to process it. Also Abraham was very kind and polite when he explained all the options we had for the cremation. I would definitely recommend them.

We had exceptionally kind and compassionate service from this organization and especially Abraham. Our father passed away and we did not live in Las Vegas and called the number of different organizations to help with my father‘s cremation. Abraham picked up the phone on a Sunday and helped us out with sincerity and kindness. He explained everything along every step of the way, and helped us in ensuring my father was taken care of with dignity and respect. I would recommend Abraham and Affordable Cremation to anyone! One other note, don’t let their name turn you off in any way shape or form. Yes, their rates are very affordable, but this is not a cut rate facility by any means whatsoever. We feel like we received the highest level of service from Affordable, and if needed, will definitely use them again.

Erica helped us from the beginning all the way thru. She was great. She helped us figure out all the details and arrangements needed. Upon the death of my sister-in-law at the hospital, we called the Affordable Cremation& Burial Service to hand them our beloved departed one. We came to their office the following day & discussed the necessary & affordable plan to choose from. The funeral service was after 5 weeks, they did everything according to the agreement. We were notified out of courtesy during the cremation. We did not do anything except adding more food to the refreshments for extra guests & more flowers. All the staffs were exceptionally helpful and friendly. All necessary documents were delivered to us on time. We did not receive any negative comments from our guests. They provided enough food & drinks for our guests. I highly recommend Affordable Cremation & Burial Service to anyone needing such services in the future.

The staff was polite. Not experienced with cremation but I believe the cremation was scheduled in a timely fashion. My mother's remains were in a light brown box in a green velvet bag. Mr. Epinosa seemed nice. The only issue was the death certificates didn't arrive right away, but UPS made a mistake in its file system. They did finally arrive when I got back from Vegas.

Do your homework When you’re doing cremation for your loved one or preparing for yourself. very thankful I called around and found them affordable and I was able to bring my own container and do things how I wanted versus the typical Memorial kindness is a plus at times like this and empathy was certainly shown and you have to be a special person to be in that industry as well. Wonderful staff. Wonderful experience with this funeral home! My husband's mother was murdered and we flew from Florida. We had a bad experience at another funeral home and we called this one afterwards and from the first phone call, we could tell this was the place we wanted to go and use thier service's. Thank you to everyone, the receptionist that took our call and everyone else involved.

Yes my mom passed away on April 30th and I called every single burial service in las vegas. And by far affordable cremation had the best prices n service . Today is May 10th n I'm In California where my mom was flew out to n got her buried . Very fast very good service mom looked amazing. And prices nobody can come close to . Trust me I checked . They all wanted a arm n leg . Just for the flying her out. Trying to rip people off @ there worse time n hurting. Buy Affordable cremation & burial did there part plus more. Very glad I picked them n would highly recommend there services. Thanks guys and Godbless. Everything was perfect and on point.

I am not from Vegas at all and rarely make trips there so I had no idea what to do when it came to loosing my loved one in a town im not from or where to start with arrangements. Erica was very polite very helpful and she started with everything with us then she became sick and her coworkers most definitely stepped up and did amazing while she was out. Once she got back to the office she called and checked on everything with me and it was a heart breaking time of my life made a little easier having there help. Affordable Cremation & Burial Service delivers top-notch services from start to finish. My bereavement counselor, Jessica, was very professional, kind, patient, understanding and caring. Jessica went out of her way to ensure that the process of managing all of the variables involved with my brother’s services were handled in a most efficient manner. While in their offices, we were witness to the uprooting of two huge trees on their property (due to the 70+ mile an hour winds on that particular day) and as surprising as that was to witness, Jessica did not miss a beat in proceeding through our contract with ease being mindful of safety concerns and customer satisfaction. Although, this was a most stressful time for my family, and for any family that has need of their services, I recommend that you settle on Affordable Cremation & Burial Services for all of your loved ones needs. I consider Jessica to be a trusted friend and have already recommended their services to a friend who’s in the final stages of planning for aftercare services. I cannot say enough about how Jessica took away all of my stress within this process and loved on my family, friends and my brother’s co-workers on our time of need.

They treat you like people who are hurting and mourning, very caring and professional. Not only the service provided during the funeral was great but before and after too. I loved all the little details like the heart with seeds to be planted in memory of your loved one, the urn choices were beautiful and everything we asked for we got. In such a vulnerable time, I was treated with such love and respect. I really felt like Abe was taking care of one of his own family members. Hubby and I had set up our pre-planned cremation a couple years ago. When we had our mom move in with us, we did the same for her. Melissa M. was amazing. My mom didn't want a funeral or any other plans besides cremation. Melissa heard her request and did not try to push other things on her, she did confirm that mom didn't want anything else. When my mom passed, at home, the arrangements were done, all we needed to do was contact them. Once contacted, 2 of the sweetest young men came to pick mom up. They were amazing and compassionate. Christian contacted me the next day and was just as amazing and compassionate. Mom had her own urn, we delivered it to them and completed the rest of the paperwork. Upon picking up mom, they had placed her urn in a beautiful velvet bag, that it didn't come with. They are very professional, caring and understand what you're going through. After the wonderful experience we have had with them, I'm so relieved hubby and I have our pre-planning set up through them as well. I know they'll treat our children with respect and caring when it's our time to leave this earth. Thank you so much to everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, at Affordable Cremation, I recommend your company to all of my friends and family. Definitely recommend to anyone reading this.

I can’t say enough good things about Affordable Cremation and Burial. I had arrived from out of state and on a time constraint when my mother passed at a local hospice. Jessica got me in the day I called and I was able to get all arrangements taken care of quickly. Jessica also kept me up to date by phone on the cremation date and the mailing of my mom’s cremated remains. I felt very supported through the whole sad process.

Every person from Naomi Hernandez @ Palms Northwest, to Kae St.John at Affordable Cremation, including the two associates who arrived to pick up our loved one, who were both extremely pleasant and respectful and handled our loved one with the utmost care and gentleness (please forgive me I have misplaced their names) but we are so grateful for their professionalism and respect. Mary McElhatten was a most considerate agent for the process of purchasing my mother's cremation. What made Mary different from another agent I interfaced with during my dad's arrangements on his passing was how Mary shared her experience of many losses in her life. This sharing was thoughtfully done such that she helped to bring the topic of death into consideration as a peaceful part of the cycle of life. Mary expressed to my mother that the pain of her husband's departure is ever present, allowing my mother, even 11 years after his death, to have that pain recognized and acknowledged. Mary was clear and direct in her explanation of the process for mother's departure. She additionally volunteered details of mother's option and the process to be interred with her husband at the Veteran's Cemetery and provided the contact person's number. Arranging for one's passing isn't an event most folks have top of mind. But my dad did that for himself and set the wheels in motion for my mother. Experiencing his loss was so greatly softened for Mother and me by having all the details handled well in advance. I must mention that when Dad passed, I had only to call Affordable Care and two very kind and respectful men arrived to carry Dad onto his last steps in his journey home. Working with Affordable Care and Mary is the reason I will be making funeral arrangements with her for my partner and myself in the future.

Very professional and helpful. Matched our mood, meaning we were laughing and joking so they did not force a somber attitude and they were so respectful. Not everyone deals with grief the same and they showed they understood that. Pricing was very fair. They offer a very nice affordable wooden box for cremation if you don’t want a big fancy urn which we didn’t because this will be buried eventually. They are also very open to us coming back for additional assistance when it is time to have my fathers cremains buried at national cemetery for veterans.

Marielle Landry was not only comforting, kind and compassionate...She was also incredibly professional and efficient, helping me through a process that was very difficult, but made to be easier in her more than capable hands. Christian was also very kind and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this company, highly recommend them, in fact. Another company I spoke to one time ( this is my second time using Affordable) was extremely offputting for the simple fact that the girl called me “Hon” twice and “Sweetie” once in a one minute conversation ——this is not the type of language I would expect to hear from a funeral home representative —-I shall not name this company . Everyone at Affordable C & B was professional and respectful at all times. I thank you all again , And I hope anyone reading this supports this smaller company. Bigger is not always better !

Everyone working was so nice from the very beginning. They answered all my questions. Handled everything for me including getting all the death certificates. I’m so awful with names but it doesn’t matter because everyone was so nice, from the persons that answered the phone to the funeral director. We had to pick up my mom’s urn on a Sunday, the director that handled it was so sweet, we didn’t feel rushed. She hugged my mom’s urn while she spoke to us. When it came time to leave she carried the urn out to the car and made sure we were ready before giving us the urn. During the 2 1/2 week wait for the cremation we got a phone call to check on us to make sure we were ok and didn’t need anything. I’m glad we chose affordable cremation after the awful experience from another cremation place we had for my Dad, I really saw the difference on how a good place should be.

I can't not say enough good about Jessica Wain and her team at Affordable Cremation & Burial Services in Las Vegas, NV. My father passed away on 15OCT20 and with Jessica's outstanding service and help, she made it possible for my father's body to be transferred to the Riverside National Cemetery where he had a proper military burial on 28OCT20 which meant a LOT to me and my family. I can't thank Jessica Wain enough for all her help during this difficult time and her help in not breaking the bank to accomplish this. I highly recommend Affordable Cremation & Burial Service. My father lived in Las Vegas, NV for the last 3 years of his life. Originally, his cremation plans were set here in NM where I currently live. His passing was very unexpected...I had to search for a crematory quickly. I found Affordable Cremation and Burial in Las Vegas. I must say their prices are affordable. Good communication from staff. They had to work alongside the original crematory in NM but between the two, everything was taken care of. The entire process took about 2 weeks from start to finish which was faster than I expected especially for a big place like Las Vegas. I would recommend this place for your loved ones.

This funeral home is the best hands down. The quality of care that my loved one received here was the best I have ever seen in my life. Christian communicated with us frequently and as often as we needed him. He even responded on his off day. The remains of my family member was reserved so well she looked exactly like her self even after being held almost 2 weeks as we wait for different permits and flight instructions. Their embalming team is 5 stars ⭐️! I have been to many funeral homes over the past 30 years of my life and I must say. This one is the best one! If you are looking for someone that will take care of your deceased love one please assign this funeral home to take care of them. I never leave reviews but I need the world to know just how pleased and satisfied I am with the entire process here. Wonderful job Team!

The staff at Dignity was amazing. Our funeral coordinator Megan, was a blessing and so very kind. Her organizational skill was great and she helped us cover all the bases. My mom had pre planned and paid for most all the services. Megan walked us thru all other options available and that was extremely helpful. There was no pressure whatsoever, just a very caring approach to what my wife and I could do in addition to my mothers plan. We appreciate their assistance greatly. They transported my mom to her church 45 minutes out of town for the service and then 1.5 hours thru Las Vegas to the Veterans Memorial Cemetery. They were on time in every regard and very professional. Hopefully we don't have to use their service any time soon, but we will certainly look to them first in the future.

My wife was scheduled to return to our residence under hospice care on 1/7/2025, after spending a week in a skilled nursing facility. Instead, I got a call on 1/6/2025 that she had unexpectedly taken a turn for the worse and needed to be transported back to the full medical care hospital. I got a call from the hospital at 9:42 pm on 1/10/2025, a Friday evening, that she had passed away. The hospital demanded that I pick a mortuary to receive my wife's body within the hour. I refused to do this until I had spoken with the mortuary people. So the hospital arbitrarily chose a facility and had that facility pick up my wife's remains. Early Saturday (1/11/2025) I started calling around, (unaware at that time, that the hospital had already attempted to make the decision for me.) I spoke with three mortuaries and the best reception I got was from the folks at Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada 89102. (702) 464-8560 We made a verbal agreement over the phone, and they started handling the arrangements to retrieve my wife from the 3rd party location. The office manager (Debbie Hernandez) and the primary funeral arranger I dealt with (Meghan Truppner) were sympathetic, showed patience, and were a lot of comfort to me during the process. I thank you guys with all my heart.

When we began the process of seeking a place for services for my father-in-law's funeral, Affordable Cremation and Burial was one of the first places we looked at after receiving a quote that we felt was manageable for us. My first concern was that the reasonable price that we had been quoted would translate into second-rate service in some capacity. Nothing could be further from the truth. The professional courtesy with which we were treated by every member of the staff we met made our experience planning this unexpected and tragic event much easier. Furthermore, the facility was clean and accommodating, spare and dignified. The fact that they have a late model white Cadillac hearse at a business which advertises itself as budget-minded sums up our experience neatly. I would recommend this business to anyone who is planning a funeral on a budget but also wants to make sure that they send their loved one off with appropriate class and dignity.

Our funeral director Jessie was very kind and sympathetic. She didn’t rush us out or make us feel pressured to make hasty decisions. She was able to accommodate our needs especially in our particular case when we were trying to fit our service within a 4-5 day notice. The actual services and reception before and after was also handled with care and consideration. Our entire interaction with Erica was beyond exceptional. Unfortunately, I have had friends who have needed to use Affordable and they too have been surprised by how wonderful their experiences were. If you want premiere service at affordable prices then this is where to go. During my interactions with this place I have conversed with the entire staff here. From the Manager Marielle to the Funeral Directors Abe, Jessica and Jared they were so awesome. Every time I have had to walk through their front doors I am always greeted by the front desk people. Affordable Cremation and Burial Services was the first place we called. Needing to make arrangements came quickly and sudden. We were given a list of companies that offered what we needed. ACBS was the first place on the list (alphabetical), yet just from that first phone call, any other place we contacted seemed less compassionate, and we could not stop thinking about ACBS. After calling a couple other places, and even finding a cheaper price, we still decided to go with them, was not too much of a difference as far as price goes, but the service more than made up and exceeded any of that. At a time when you need these kind of services, how your family and lost one is treated really makes a difference. When we came in to discuss everything, Kae really took the time to listen to our needs, laughed with us as we told stories of my mom, and she was so sincere, all the staff we interacted with were wonderful. My family that came in with me and myself, felt taken care of and we knew that my mom would be cared for. The services and products they offer are quite diverse, I think anyone could find something that is special and worthy of their lost loved one. When it was time to pick up my mom's ashes, it was yet another beautiful interaction. We never felt rushed, and we always felt like the staff was empathetic to us and what we were going through. The last interaction made us feel assured that we could contact ACBS after about anything, and I mean anything, not just what they offered. I don't know if that was the intention, haha. We really did feel as if they guided our family through this process so gently, at our pace, and they took so much concern and confusion off of our family, which means so much during a time of mourning. My family and I are fairly new to the state/area, and the service at ACBS, especially from Kae, went beyond anything we though, we never felt alone. We appreciate it more than we can explain, thank you so much for what you do, and how you do it. Amazing.

I had never gone thru the cremation process ever in my 83 years. Upon contacting Affordable I was led thru the process from beginning to end. Considering the state of mind that I was in during that time, it was uncanny how helpful the staff is. The off property support is excellent and they clearly explain all options that were relevant to my circumstances. There were many other services offered to me that included religious and bereavement support.

My mom passed away suddenly a month ago and Jared was there to help my family and I through the process of my moms cremation. He answered all of our questions and was very professional and kind. Affordable Cremation and Burial Service was very helpful in handling the death of my mother. They were compassionate, supportive and in constant communication with me throughout the whole process. Also as it says in their name, their prices are quite affordable. For anyone who has lost a loved one, it can be anything but easy. But for Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, they genuinely care about their customers and make their end of the process as cost effective and easy as possible.

My mom got sick and died all of a sudden. I will never forget the phone calls received from the hospital. The first was to inform me that my mother died, the second was to ask where my mother was going. I had no idea because we (my mom and I) never discussed details about death and its processes. They informed me that she could not stay there and that I only had an hour to figure it out. I did not have time to grieve. I had to search through her things. I did not know where to start. I looked through papers and found envelopes from payments made on a policy and found it was paid in full. Weight was lifted immediate. The fact remained that I still needed to get her from UMC. Under pressure, I sent her to a crematory from the list given to me at UMC. At about 4am the next morning, I found her in case of death call Affordable Burial and Cremation card she laid out on her dresser. I sent my mothers body to the wrong place. I called and called after 9am with no answer and no return call. It was a bad start with a business on a Monday morning during business hours. It threw me into panic mode as I did not want my mom with incompetent people. I did not want the horror stories other families had to endure to be my experience. I made contact with Affordable and explained the mix up. They assured me they would make contact with the the Crematory and get possession of my mom. They informed me when she was in their possession and a day prior to her her scheduled cremation. There was never a time I called and the phone was not answered by a live person. Affordable Cremation & Burial provided comfort and peace in time of distress. It was such a difficult time. No family should have to be faced with the struggle of coming up with finances to cover a loved ones final care expenses. Tomorrow is most definitely not promised to anyone. Taking the steps to make sure those expenses are covered and discussed with the family, is key to a healthy grieving process.

Abraham guide us trough all the process with care, patience, on my Mother’s funeral. I recommend Affordable Cremation, Abraham and the all staff. I needed to make an update on this review, we brought my mom’s ashes to Mexico, everything was find until we arrived, Abraham made our paperwork so ready! I was very pleased with the service Affordable cremation provided me and my family. On one of the hardest days of my life the staff made it very comforting and easy. I am above all grateful and pleased at the amazing job that was done for my mother to prepare her for her Homegoing service. She looked absolutely beautiful. As in the name, the process and the cremation was affordable. The funeral director and staff were very supportive and empathetic in the loss of our loved one. i live in NY. My dad lived in LasVegas and at 96 had to go into nursing facility. I arranged everything with Affordable Cremation and 2 years later they were there to take over. Everything was done without any issues. I am very pleased to say they were very professional and kind.

Well, this is something I had to do. Prepare for the burial of of my at age 48. I reached out to Affordable. Lynn and the crew were there for me to walk me through the process. The staff at Affordable Cremation was very professional and compassionate. Toby was available to help in any way he could. Every question and concern was addressed promptly. There was never any high pressure to do anything and my children and I certainly appreciated that. A very difficult time was made much easier!

The service I received is something no price tag could validate. The word "affordable" definitely does not take away from services and care offered. The staff here is helpful, empathetic, and do a great job. If you want to make sure your loved one is taken care of I definitely recommend Affordable Cremation.
