Natasha Nickole Lee Sunrise: July 5, 1979 - Sunset: March 25, 2018 When you're born into a family last, and you're a girl, well, let's just say the world is yours. All baby girls can testify that no one can mess with the baby of the family, especially when that baby is a girl; the princess, daddy's girl. Natacha Nickole Lee was born on July 5th, 1979, in Detroit, MI, to the union of Warren Lincoln Lee, Jr & Henrietta Pamela Lee. As in the tradition of baby girls, Natasha was highly loved and spoiled rotten, not just by her mom and dad, but also by her siblings Kimberly, Keysha, Kenya, and her big brother Warren, III, (those two were as thick as thieves). However, that spoiling was also rendered by two more extended family members, her twin Aunt Wanda "TeeTee" and her Uncle Doug "Cletis". She was the apple of her daddy's eye and as sweet as all the bags of candy she would come to eat her entire life. From the moment she first arrived she ran the Lee family household (and sometimes she would run them crazy). She soon realized her Princess powers and would ask for any and everything her little heart desired and no one had better say no, or she would tell daddy! And if Mr. Lee had anything to do with it, that temporary object of her affection would soon be hers, and hers alone, and maybe to share-sometimes. She was quick to learn how to have it all at her command. Once she learned how to weld her powers she was enrolled into Peterson Warren Academy where she could learn how to do other things. She was introduced to the greater community at large that did not cater to her every wish Those lessons were confronting at first, because she wanted to tell on all the teachers to her daddy that they didn't understand she was a princess. Tasha finally came around to understanding how things worked in the classroom and world with the help of her kindergarten teacher, Mrs. A. Walker, the other teachers, and her classmates (all princes and princesses in their own right) and not least of all, Jesus, starting with a baptism at the family's City Temple Church in Detroit. Hallelujah! Now, able to focus on academics, Tasha soon proved that she was as good as the rest of them because she was a quick study and was off to her new journey with Pasteur Elementary. There she flourished and became the apple of her teacher's eyes, as many of them as she could muster with that stare, that infectious smile and her smuggled in bags of tricks (candy). She won over the kids too with those magic bags hidden in with her lunches. At Pasteur she discovered tap dancing and would soon come to love the movements and especially the attention. Now, in addition to being loved by so many, people would also clap and smile because she was on stage, or out front doing her will-practiced (and well-dressed) routines. After attending Hampton Middle school, Tasha went to Hendry Ford High School where she would make a name for herself becoming a champion swimmer and shopper (new hairdos, perfume, and purses). She was the first in the Lee family of swimmers to Letter and especially place and win division swim championships with the Henry Ford High Trojans Women's Swim Team (1995-1997). She was really fast and the freestyle and 4x400m relays were her favorite races. As a young woman, and true to her love for candy and sweets, in addition to learning how to cook regular good without sugar, Tasha learned how to bake and craft beautiful cake. She also loved making people happy by gifting them. She also loved making people laugh by telling factual but funny jokes. She would sit back and observe before engaging and usually had something interesting, funny, or profound to add. Tasha's world life would blossom when she got hold of an Excel spreadsheet and discovered the magic of formulas and business economics with her job as Accounts Payable Administrator, at Datamatics. There she would transfer her "ask and ye shall receive" powers into increasing the cash flow in the Accounts Payable department and she never looked back. She pursued and earned her Bachelor's degree in Business management (2008) from University of Phoenix. Tasha worked as an Accounts Payable & Accounts Payroll Administrator two other companies while in Houston, TX. After the move to Phoenix, AZ Tasha would begin to pursue her Master's degree in Human Resources Management awarded in (2011) also from the University of Phoenix. This would give her two more "first" distinctions that she was very proud to have that is: Tasha was the first in the Lee family to earn a Master's degree; and in the same year, she was the first of her siblings to birth a boy/grandson (Jordan Warren) after her older sisters all had girls at the this time (Destiny, Kenya II, Saikia, Mickhya, Simone, Nyla, Summer and Danaejah). When Tasha moved to Las Vegas, she began working for Feel Good Brands (Krispy Kreme Doughnuts division), in Accounts Payable, where she was highly valued and appreciated for her AP and finance expertise. The work she did there made her feel good, so it was somewhat serendipitous and a sort of sweet victory to have this place of employment as her last. Earlier, this year Tasha was blessed with the birth of two healthy little angels, Carter William and Chloe Bella, on February 20, 2018. She spent the entire pregnancy and just over a month after their arrival loving on them before her passing, and loved on them she did! There were many monthly photos and happy conversation one more "first" distinction in the Lee family since her grandmother's generation. She was the first to have twins. Spiritually, Tasha loved the sermons and teachings of Bishop T.D. Jakes. She loved listening to him to be uplifted, to calm down, and just to bask in the wisdom of the Bishop. As stated earlier Tasha was loved by many, and leaves her life and legacy to be carried on with joy, by: Her children - Jordan Warren Lee-Dorsey, Carter William Lee, and Chloe Bella Lee; Her parents - Warren Lincoln Lee, Jr. & Henrietta Pamela Lee, Las Vegas, NV; Her siblings - Kimberly Phillips, Las Vegas, NV; Keysha & Gerald Wallace, Canton, MI; Kenya Phillips, Sugarland, TX; Warren Lee, III, (who preceded her in death, November 9, 2001). Her nieces - Destiny, Kenya II, Saikia, Mickhya, Simone, Nyla, Summer and Danaejah, and her great-niece Denim; And Great Aunt - Ceola Hall, Fremont, CA (eldest living relative, 106 years old); and a host of other Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, In-Laws, Co-workers & Friends!
