Robert Tarleton Russell, also known as Bob, passed away on October 30, 2023, at the age of 81 in North Las Vegas, NV. He was born on July 26, 1942, in Bakersfield, CA. Bob was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Bob is survived by his daughter, Lynnette Russell of North Las Vegas, NV, and his granddaughter, Abigail Meagher, who is 17 years old. He is also survived by his daughter, Leanne Dias of South Lake Tahoe, CA, and son-in-law David Dias, as well as his grandson, Dustin Ralph, age 25, and granddaughter, Emily Ralph, age 19, both from Pleasanton, CA. Additionally, Bob is survived by his sister, Donna Bertholf of Chowchilla, CA. Bob is preceded in death by the love of his life and wife Natalie Ann who passed away on February 20, 2014. Bob had a successful career in the Electrical Wholesale Industry. He was known for his humor, wit, dedication, friendship and hard work throughout his professional life. Bob was a member of St. John Neumann Roman Catholic Church, where he found solace and community. He cherished his time spent there and valued his religious beliefs. In his free time, Bob enjoyed various hobbies, including watching football, Nascar, dancing, gardening, cooking, writing, camping, hunting, opera and worship. These activities brought him joy and allowed him to express his creativity and passion. He was described as playful, loving, and caring with sparkling blue eyes and smile that could light up a room. A funeral service to honor Bob's life will be held at St. John Neumann Roman Catholic Church, located at 2575 W El Campo Ave, North Las Vegas, NV 89031 on Saturday December 2, 2023. The service will be conducted by the church community and will provide an opportunity for family and friends to pay their respects. All are invited to attend a reception following honoring Bob at one of his favorite restaurants, Winchell's Pub & Grill - 5445 Simmons St, North Las Vegas, NV 89031.
