English It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beautiful and beloved Marta Monge. Also lovingly known as Tita or MaTita. Marta was a bright spark in this world and will be deeply missed. She touched all our hearts beyond words, leaving a void that can never be filled. God finally decided her love was needed more in heaven, after being born to Antonio Rivera and Emma Sanchez on May 18, 1961. Being born in the decade known for the Space Race, similarly her spirit has now left her body and raced up to heaven to be present with the Lord. Being the third oldest and first female of eight siblings, Marta learned to be tough as she learned how to manage a childhood of annoying pranks from her older brothers Alex and Marlon; however found her core and purpose by learning how to love and care for her younger siblings Xiomara, William, Henry, Leonel, Carol, and Oscar - consequently sparking that maternal extinct of love towards all children. How to think that life will end in a second, how we wish we could go back in time to these days and see her again, to give her a hug, and never let go. Marta is survived by her soul mate, best friend, and husband Ricardo Monge, but only until they meet again. Marta arrived in Ricardo's life in a sudden blink of an eye, something Ricardo never expected and blesses the day that they met. For the next 43 years they awoke every morning at each other's side, waking with an illusion to always wake at each other's side and give their love to one another. How could Ricardo ever forget her, she was like the light and water that flowers need. This world was meant for the two to live an eternity and he vouched to give her all his love, his soul for infinity and crossing to the beyond. Soon they will be together, he loves her very much, times is all that keeps them apart and time will pass. Patiently he will wait for time to pass and one day they will see each other once more. Marta is furthermore survived by her children, Rico, Oscar, and Eric. Dear Mama, how we wish for you to come back and that your eyes would have never closed, so that we could continue looking into your eyes full of eternal love. Mom there's a tear rolling down our cheek every time that we blink, we are in pieces and broken inside, but we know that a heart that is broken is a heart that has been loved - so we sing Hallelujah - for you gave and taught us so much love. You were truly an angel in the shape of our Mom. Now spread your wings as God takes you back, because you are home. Mom we love you so much, from your womb until eternity. Now all that is left is your loving memories, we once knew a life without hurt or pain, we never once thought we would meet this day. But today and always we will remember you, we will bring back all the memories of your time here on earth, because the memories bring us back to you. We hope that we see life as she saw it, filled with love, filled with all the simple things like the way a child sees life. In this world she leaves behind seven beautiful grandchildren - Jayden, Vincent, Annalie, Kaden, Jared, Yvette, and Gooie. Marta fue una chispa brillante en este mundo y la extrañaremos profundamente. Ella tocó todos nuestros corazones más allá de las palabras, dejando un vacío que nunca podrá llenarse. Dios finalmente decidió que su amor era más necesario en el cielo, después de nacer de Antonio Rivera y Emma Sánchez el 18 de mayo de 1961. Nacida en la década conocida por la Carrera Espacial, de manera similar su espíritu ahora ha dejado su cuerpo y ha subido al cielo para estar presente con el Señor. Ser el tercer hermano mayor y la primera mujer de ocho, Marta aprendió a ser dura mientras aprendía a manejar una infancia de bromas de sus hermanos mayores Alex y Marlon; sin embargo, encontró su esencia y propósito al aprender a amar y cuidar a sus hermanos menores Xiomara, William, Henry, Leonel, Caro y Oscar, lo que provocó ese amor maternal extinto hacia todos los niños. Verdaderamente eras un ángel con la forma de nuestra mamá. Ahora extiende tus alas mientras Dios te lleva de regreso, porque estás en casa. Mamá te amamos tanto, desde tu vientre hasta la eternidad. Ahora todo lo que queda son tus recuerdos, una vez conocimos una vida sin dolor, nunca pensamos que nos encontraríamos este día. Pero hoy y siempre te recordaremos, te traeremos todos los recuerdos de tu tiempo aquí en la tierra, porque los recuerdos nos traen a ti. Esperamos que veamos la vida como ella la vio, llena de amor, llena de todas las cosas simples como la forma en que un niño ve la vida.
