Today, we gather with heavy hearts—not only to grieve the loss of Fernando, but to celebrate the remarkable life he lived and the love he gave. Fernando stood tall at 6’3”, but it wasn’t his height that made him larger than life—it was his heart. He had striking green eyes that reflected his kindness, a smile that brought comfort, and a presence that made everyone around him feel safe. If someone needed him, he never hesitated to help. And if he didn’t have what was needed, he always found a way. That was simply who Fernando was—selfless, dependable, and always putting the people he loved before himself. Above all else, Fernando was a devoted father. His children were the greatest joy of his life. Nothing made him happier than hearing them laugh, playing games with them, or creating memories they would cherish forever. They were his pride, his purpose, and the center of his world. He was a loving son who always made sure his Family was okay . He was a protector of his family, a loyal friend, and someone who stood beside the people he loved through every season of life. If you knew Fernando, you knew you could always count on him. Fernando had a gift for connecting with people. No matter where he went, he never met a stranger—only a friend he hadn’t met yet. He knew people from all walks of life, and everywhere he traveled, he left behind lasting friendships. He loved traveling, exploring new places, experiencing new cultures, and trying new things. He lived with courage and curiosity, never letting fear stand in the way of living life to the fullest. His adventurous spirit, his kindness, and the friendships he built around the world are part of the legacy he leaves behind. He took pride in everything he did. He always had a fresh haircut, loved smelling good, and carried himself with confidence and respect. He loved the thrill of racing, but the greatest race he ever ran was the one through life—leaving behind a legacy of love, loyalty, strength, and generosity. Today, our hearts are broken because someone so deeply loved was taken from us far too soon. Yet even in our sorrow, we find comfort knowing that a life lived with so much love never truly ends. Fernando’s love lives on in his children, his family, his friends, and in every person whose life he touched. His laughter will echo through our memories, his kindness will continue to inspire us, and his spirit will remain with us always. Although we must say goodbye for now, we know this is not the end. Love like Fernando’s never fades, and a life like his can never be forgotten. Today, we honor a man who loved deeply, gave generously, protected fiercely, and lived with his whole heart. Rest peacefully, Fernando. You were an incredible father, a devoted son, a loyal friend, and a blessing to everyone who had the privilege of knowing you. Your love will live on in your children, your family, your friends, and in every heart you touched. You were deeply loved. You will always be missed. And you will forever be remembered.
